Eating:

‘Umar bin Abu Salamah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
Messenger of Allah (ï·º), said to me, “Mention Allah’s Name (i.e., say Bismillah before starting eating), eat with your right hand, and eat from what is near you.”
 [Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
‘Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported:
Messenger of Allah (ï·º) said, “When any of you wants to eat, he should mention the Name of Allah in the begining, (i.e., say Bismillah). If he forgets to do it in the beginning, he should say Bismillah awwalahu wa akhirahu (I begin with the Name of Allah at the beginning and at the end).”
[At-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud].

Sneezing:

It was also reported from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “If any one of you sneezes, let him say ‘Al-hamdu Lillaah,’ and let his brother or his companion say, ‘Yarhamuk Allaah.’ And if he says to him, ‘Yarhamuk Allaah,’ let him say, ‘Yahdeekum Allaahu wa yusliha baalakum (May Allaah guide you and correct your thinking).’” (Reported by al-Bukhaari, 10/502)

Nature calls (going to toilet)

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 1.146 Narrated by Abu Aiyub Al Ansari (May Allah be pleased with him)
Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) said, “If anyone of you goes to answer the call of nature he should neither face nor turn his back towards the Qibla (when relieving himself).’
Anas reported that when the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) entered the privy to relieve himself, he (peace be upon him) would say, “In the name of Allah. O Allah! I seek refuge in You from male and female noxious beings (the Shayateen).”
This is related by Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Dawood, Tirmidhi.
Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 359 Narrated by Aisha (May Allah be pleased with her)
When Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) came out from the privy, he said: ‘(I seek) forgiveness from Thee, O Allah.’
Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 374 Narrated by Anas ibn Malik (May Allah be pleased with him)
When Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) came out from the privy, he said: ‘Praise be to Allah Who has removed injurious things from me, and kept me in health.’

Sleeping:

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 8.326 Narrated by Hudhaifa (May Allah be pleased with him)
When the Prophet (peace be upon him) retired to bed at night, he (peace be upon him) would put his hand under his (right) cheek and then say, “Allahumma bismika amutu wa ahya (O Allah, by Your Name I die and I live)” and when he (peace be upon him) got up (from sleep), he (peace be upon him) would say, “Al-Hamdu lil-lahi al-ladhi ahyana ba’da ma amatana, wa ilaihi an-nushur (Praise be to Allah Who gave us life after death, and to Him is the return.”
Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 5027 Narrated by Hafsah, Ummul Mu’minin (May Allah be pleased with her)
When the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) retired to go to sleep, he (peace be upon him) would put his right hand under his cheek and would then say three times: ‘O Allah, guard me from Thy punishment on the Day when Thou raises up Thy servants.’
Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 4718 Narrated by Abu Hurayrah (May Allah be pleased with him)
When Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) saw a man lying on his stomach he said, “This is a method of lying down which Allah does not like.”
Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 4731 Narrated by Abu Dharr (May Allah be pleased with him)
The Prophet (peace be upon him) came upon him when he was lying on his stomach, jerked him with his foot and said, “Jundub, only those who go to Hell (the Shayateen) lie like this!”
Other than sleeping on one’s stomach, one may sleep in any posture one wills. The normal posture of the Messenger (peace be upon him) when he retired to bed was to sleep on his right side with his right hand under his cheek.

Rememberance of Allah (Dhikr)

1.Some dhikr that is light on tongue but heavy on the scales:

·   Hadhrat Jaa’bir [Ra] narrated that Rasulallah(Peace be upon him) said: “For the person who recites SUB-HAN’ALLAH HIL AZEEM WA BI-HAM’DIHI, [Pure and perfect is Allah in his glory and praise], - A date palm will be planted for him in Paradise” (Tirmidhi)
Another Narration says:
Forgiveness for Sins Even Though they are like the Foam of the Sea:
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah’s Apostle said, “Whoever says, ‘Subhan Allaahi Wa bihamdihi, {Allah is free from imperfection and His is the praise}. One hundred times a day, will be forgiven all his sins even if they were as much as the foam of the sea. (Bukhari, Book #75, Hadith #414)

·   Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) said: ”Is anyone of you incapable of earning one thousand Hasanah (rewards) a day?” Someone from the gathering asked, “How can anyone of us earn a thousand Hasanah?” Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) said: “Glorify Allah a hundred times by just saying “Subhanallah” and a Good deeds will be written for you, or a thousand sins will be wiped away.” (Muslim 4:2073)
·   Narrated ‘Ubaadah that the Messenger of Allah said, “Whoever seeks forgiveness for the believing men and believing women, Allah will write for him a good deed for each believing man and believing woman.” (Tabarrani)

Abu Talha Al Ansari said, “The Prophet (peace be upon him) woke up one day cheerful and beaming.  His companions exclaimed, 'O Prophet of Allah (peace be upon him), you woke up today cheerful and beaming.’  He (peace be upon him) replied, 'Yes! A messenger (Angel) of Allah, the Mighty and the Glorified, came to me and said, ”If anyone from your Ummah sends you a salutation, Allah will record for him ten good deeds, wipe off ten of his sins, and raise him thereby ten degrees in rank, and He will return his salutation with a similar salutation".’

2.There are indeed some verses or small Surahs of the Quran which the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) guided and encouraged the believers to recite on a daily basis:

The 112th Surah Al-Ikhlaas
The 113th Surah Al-Falaq
The 114th Surah An-Naas
The ‘Aayat ul-Kursi’ Verse 255 of Surah 2 Al-Baqarah
The verses 285 and 286 of Surah 2 Al-Baqarah

Narrated by Jubayr ibn Nufayr (May Allah be pleased with him)
Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) said, “Allah finished Surah al-Baqarah with two verses (285 and 286) which I have been given from His Treasure which is under the Throne; so learn them and teach them to your womenfolk, for they are a blessing, a means of a approach (to Allah) and a supplication.”
(Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 2173)

Abu Umamah reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, “….For whoever recites the ‘Aayat –ul Kursi’  (Surah 2 al-Baqarah 255) at the end of every prayer, nothing will prevent him from entering Paradise except that (he must) die (first).”
Related by an-Nasa’i and at-Tabarani.

Abu Sa’id reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) asked, “Can anyone of you recite a third of the Qur’an during the night?”  The companions considered this rather difficult and they said, “Who among us can do so, O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)?”  Thereupon the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, “(Say:) He is Allah, the One and Only; Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; He begetteth not, nor is he begotten; and there is none like unto Him.”  (The reference here is to the recitation of Surah 112 Suratul Ikhlaas of the Qur’an, which the Prophet (peace be upon him) described as equivalent to reciting one-third of the Qur’an.) Related by Bukhari, Muslim, and Nasa’i.

Narrated by Aisha (May Allah be pleased with her)
Whenever the Prophet (peace be upon him) retired to bed every night, he (peace be upon him) used to cup his hands together and blow over it after reciting Surah Al-Ikhlaas, Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Naas, and then rub his hands over whatever parts of his body he was able to rub, starting with his head, face and front of his body.  He (peace be upon him) used to do that three times.
Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 6.536A

I hope it will be helpful. May Allah guide us all to the straight path.
